WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executers and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Enid Paws 4 the Cause, Eagle Marketing, Enid News & Eagle, Cnhi, Chisholm Trail Expo Center, Security National Bank, their agents, successors and assigns for any reason and all injuries suffered by me in this event.  Further, I hereby grant full permission to Eagle Marketing and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Eagle Marketing and Enid Paws 4 the Cause.
